PVP Tournament Loadouts:

 Added a variety of new PVP Tournament gear loadouts (specifics posted below). Credit to Deny for the setups!

Chambers of Xeric Adjustments:

 Vanguards that are killed in transit will now drop supplies.
 Fixed stats and attack styles for Vanguards.
 Protection prayers are now 50% effective in Chambers.
 Corrected Olm's stats to match OSRS.
 Corrected Skeletal Mystic's stats to match OSRS.
 Multiplied the points received at Olm by 2.
 Vasa crystals can no longer be damaged by Ranged attacks. Magic and non-stab attacks now have reduced damage.
 Vasa crystals can no longer be poisoned or venomed.
 Increased the aggressive range of the Crabs so they no longer wander off randomly.
 The hammer on the player toolbelt will now work for stunning Crabs (no longer requires a specific smash weapon).

Miscellaneous Additions:

 Added a new PVM Lootshare mechanic while a staff hosted event is active. The MVP of the kill will receive a 5% boosted chance to roll loot, otherwise a random player will get the loot. This ONLY applies to rare item rolls for group bosses (Nex, Corp, etc.).
 Added the OSRS attack animations to Magic spells.
 Added a new Voting Rewards Interface.
 Players will now receive voting points alongside vote tickets.
 Vote points can be used on the new Voting Rewards Interface to purchase a daily loot roll for the boss of the day, a relic, or a small XP lamp.
 Every 3 vote points gives one 'Vote Power' that can be used to contribute toward a global server buff.
 Added pagination to the Grand Exchange Listings Interface.
 Converted the 'Buy 50' option to 'Buy X' for most shops.
 Added Godsword Shards as purchasable items to the Xeric's Forge in the 'Forge Item' section. Also re-added Armadyl Runes.
 Added a ::gamble, ::casino, ::gambling, and ::dice command to teleport players to the Casino.
 Reduced the minimum level shooting stars can spawn at to level 5 (50 mining requirement).
 Added a custom fur clothing shop in Eastern Varrock that sells the Hunter Camo outfits required for task completions.
 Added a lap counter to the Wilderness Agility Course.
 Added functionality to the Darkmeyer Statue (Prayer restore at the cost of a few hitpoints).

Bug Fixes:

 Fixed the Bow of Faerdhinen being single handed.
 The Assembler Max Cape will now properly act as an Assembler.
 Corrected an issue with Ranged Accuracy not being properly adjusted after activate the Sharpshooter Aura.
 Fixed a bug in the Grand Exchange Listings Interface showing only 50 results.
 Fixed a bug in the Grand Exchange Listings Interface that caused item search lingering after already closing the interface.
 Fixed a bug in the Grand Exchange Listings Interface that yielded empty search results when filtering by players, switching items, and several other filters.
 The Initiate Armor set can now be exchanged for the item components in the Grand Exchange 'Sets' Interface.
 Fixed the following issues regarding the interactions for the Dragonfire Shield, Dragonfire Ward, and Ancient Wyvern Visages:
 Players can now uncharge these shields to revert them to their tradeable state.
 Charges are now properly stored in these shields and added to their defensive stats.
 Fixed the "special" option when a charge is released towards an opponent.
 The Ancient Wyvern Shield now correctly prevents Wyvern's icy attack from freezing the player.
 The 'Maxed' task will now complete when requirements are met.
 All mutagen variants of the Serpentine Helm will now provide poison immunity.
 Attempting to crush an inventory full of ingredients will no longer inform the player that there is no free space.
 Attempting to crush a coconut with a full inventory will no longer delete the coconut.
 Spam clicking will no longer make players stuck half way through ledges and provide multiple XP drops for low walls and gaps.
 Fixed a bug in the Wilderness Agility Course that required multiple clicks to cross an obstacle.
 Corrected stats for the Neitiznot Faceguard.
 Corrected stats for the Assembler Max Cape.
 Corrected stats for the Accumulator Max Cape.
